- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the position requires frequent driving
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
- Strong project management abilities and proficiency in sales platforms
- Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
