Schedule:
Full time 1st shift, includes an every other weekend rotation.
Wage: starting at $17.50 per hour

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float is a position designed to provide fill‑in or substitute coverage at any assigned service site and may be scheduled for hours that are vacant due to staff turnover, changes in scheduling, or staff paid time off. Work assignments may be during any scheduled hours and at any sites where Dungarvin Eau Claire, WI. provides services.
Key Responsibilities- Support and mentor with daily activities to those we support ensuring their health and safety. Examples include helping with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and facilitating fun activities.
- Hands‑on mentoring to help them become more independent.
- Positive direction to encourage individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Provide medication administration and ensure person's medical well‑being.
- Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
- Valid Driver's License (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served as required
- Some positions / locations may require own personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance based on the role
- A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
