Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN

Join a compassionate therapy care team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to enhance residents' quality of life by assisting with therapy activities and exercises.

• Provide, monitor, and document services for patients/residents with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments.
• Select, implement, and modify therapy activities aligned with competency levels and goals.
• Communicate and share documentation with occupational therapists.
• Maintain knowledge of targeted occupational therapy outcomes.

• Relevant education aligned with state licensure requirements.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state(s).
• Preferred certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) when working at applicable facilities.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable), and BLS certification within six months of employment.
