Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the Compensation Department in completing weekly, monthly, and annual incentive payments for company Team Members who are entitled to such payments. Also preparing, reviewing and distributing employment agreements to store personnel.

• Review and enter incentives and bonuses prior to being sent to payroll
• Prepare and distribute store agreements
• Review and track managerial transfers
• Review, update and prepare year end vehicle earnings
• Cross-train with other members within Compensation Department
• Other tasks assigned by the Compensation Coordinator

• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Additional office/bookkeeping training or education is a plus
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
