Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually.

As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performance culture, develop and motivate your team, and support community service projects.

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide world‑class service
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management
• Lead training meetings
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and outstanding customer service
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Work in various weather conditions
