• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus — not required.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality‑first mindset.
• Effective communicator and dependable team player.
• Capable of lifting and moving components as needed.
