Registered Nurse – Nursing Support Services Float Pool

The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions. They support professional practice across various settings, ensuring all aspects of nursing care are planned, implemented, evaluated, and communicated effectively.

• Providing leadership through mentoring, informal roles, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Delegating patient care based on skill, experience, acuity, and resource availability.
• Maintaining excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills.
• Participating in committees or projects as needed.
• Possibility of driving personal vehicles for work-related activities.

• Student or graduate of a nursing program.
• Experience preferred but not required; one year of RN or LPN experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, teamwork ability, and computer proficiency, with electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current RN license per state requirements and Basic Life Support certification.

This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, requiring state licensure and certification. The position is full-time, nonexempt, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits package. The schedule involves rotating shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
