Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking an RN Hospice Case Manager for a 13-week travel/contract position in Portage, MI. Local and traveler candidates are welcome. Start date ASAP. Full-time travel/contract/ temporary role with 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, no weekend on-call.
Includes a weekly gross pay of $2,000 with non-taxable travel/housing stipend and mileage reimbursement. Requires RN licensure, Home Health/Hospice experience, BLS, and a valid driver's license.
