If you want a high‑energy office, proven systems, and a clear path to earning six figures, this role is for you. Every agent who has been with our team for 3+ years earns over $100k/year
, with several tracking $150k–$200k+.

• Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
• Daily prospecting and follow‑up to build predictable income
• Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
• Hold buyer and seller appointments
• Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
• Participate in open houses and brand‑building activities

• Full‑time only (no part‑time or hobby agents)
• Goal‑oriented — must want to earn $100k+
• Must be willing to get your WI real‑estate license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission‑only structure
