We are looking for an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food.
Responsibilities- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Understand and execute prep sheets and recipes correctly.
- Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
- Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
- Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exhibit teamwork.
