Entry-level position that performs miscellaneous support tasks throughout the sales function in Chippewa Falls, WI
. The role primarily involves product merchandising within large volume stores, including stocking shelves, freshness rotation, display set‑up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.
Job compensation is listed as $21.45 / hour

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products as assigned by supervisor.
• Utilize point of purchase in each account.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Reset shelves, coolers, and other points of purchase to comply with established merchandising standards and negotiated customer contracts.
• Drive and deliver products to multiple stores each day (optional D‑Bay driver duties):
  • Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license.
  • Serve customers and execute all promotions.
  • Follow DOT regulations and operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, designated route, etc.).
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of the daily shift.
• Push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products to and from truck.
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older; 21 years or older if a valid U.S. CDL is required.
• Must have a vehicle to access multi‑store locations during the assigned shift (if applicable).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (if applicable); proof of insurance; valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
• Follow DOT regulations (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.

• Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, cleaning shelves, replacing out‑of‑stocks, removing out‑of‑date products, etc.).
• Operating handheld computers for data entry and printing.
• Working in retail or grocery store environments (understanding store operations, back‑room inventory, shelf stocking).
• Moving products within a store using equipment such as u‑boats, hand trucks, doles, or breakdowns.
• Managing back‑room or stock room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking, storing inventory).
• Serving customers and handling customer complaints or requests.
