About the PositionThe role is for an Outside Sales Representative. We seek a high‑energy hunter driven by cold calling and closing big deals, with a passion for B2B industrial sales. Minimum 2 years in an industrial B2B sales environment is required.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular and consistent cold calls to identify key decision makers.
- Develop solid customer relationships and pursue long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop territory and strategies.
- Promote Wiese’s ability to reduce costs and increase productivity for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Base salary $70,000–$150,000 (Augusta, WI) or $45,000–$110,000 (Fall Creek, WI) plus commissions.
