Key Responsibilities- Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching
- Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts

- Hold client appointments and build relationships
- Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow‑up
- Participate in team events, open houses & challenges
- Build a predictable book of business through consistency
- Advanced tech ecosystem (Brivity, PLACE tools, AI systems)
- A high‑energy, collaborative office culture (not an empty brokerage lobby)
- Financial coaching, business planning, and wealth‑building guidance
- 12‑week high‑powered real estate training (perfect for experienced and inexperienced salespeople)
- Full transaction & admin support so agents can focus on production
- Marketing department support for listings, open houses, branding & ads
- Proven scripts, systems, and launch pathways that generate results fast
