Lead Installer

We specialize in Siding, Windows, Roofing, Gutters, Doors, Decks, Awnings, Light Construction, soffit, fascia, custom trim throughout Eau Claire and the Chippewa Valley area. This is a full-time Lead Installer position. The Lead Installer will be responsible for managing and leading a team of installers, installing and servicing various home improvement products such as siding, windows, roofing, gutters, doors, decks, awnings, light construction, soffit, fascia, custom trim, and ensuring all installations meet or exceed company installation standards.

• Manage and lead a team of installers.
• Install and service home improvement products.
• Ensure installations meet or exceed company standards.
• Read and interpret installation diagrams and instructions.

• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of installers.
• Proficient in the use of basic tools such as drills, saws, and hammers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Carpentry or construction-related education or training is a plus.
• Must have 5 years of experience in siding, windows and doors.
• Willingness to travel.
