We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative construction team. This position is full‑time. Travel will be required in the regional area of Eau Claire, WI
. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze malfunctions and repairs
- Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

BenefitsStarting wage $28–40/hour + overtime depending on experience. Competitive benefit and retirement program including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays available.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
- Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred
- Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to listen and take direction
- Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
