Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to support HUD apartment buildings, offices, and program sites, primarily at 7500 N. Granville and across Milwaukee-area locations.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, preventative maintenance, landscaping, on-call response, and ensuring compliance with HUD/REAC codes. 2+ years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license required.
