This role offers a base pay range of $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
. Total compensation may include bonuses based on experience and additional qualifications.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate –
Shipper/Receiver to join our team at our Fridley Light Weight Belt Shop.

• Arrange couriers and freight pickup, complete paperwork, and verify BOLs with 3rd party logistics.
• Double-check picked orders at the shipping counter each day.
• Package and process UPS/Speedy/Fed Ex parcels, including marketing materials and vendor returns.
• Re-stock and reorder supplies for the shipping area.
• Pick and package orders per instructions.
• Assist with check-in of received items.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to assemble orders and load/unload freight.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and general cleanup.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts.
• Good communication, listening, organizational, time-management, and mathematical skills.
• Dependable with regular and consistent attendance.
• Inventory, data entry, and computer skills.
• Ability to bend and lift heavy objects (10–25 lbs. frequently up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Commitment to safe work practices.

Employee must use hands to handle or feel product, reach with arms, communicate verbally, and lift/move objects 10–50 lbs. Occasionally >100 lbs. Requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; occasionally sit. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus.

Salary determined by industry knowledge, experience, and skill set. Total compensation will be discussed during the interview process. The targeted range for this position is $20–$23 per hour; candidates exceeding requirements may be eligible for higher base pay.
