This is what you'll be doing

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of customer relationships and play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.

  • Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, industry challenges, and technical requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new projects, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products or services
  • Working closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time
  • Supporting commercial activity including quotations, pricing discussions, forecasting, and general account planning

  • Experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role within a B2B environment

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute
