Salary: £172.98 per day or on scale, dependent on school and role.

The school offers a stimulating, inclusive curriculum with a strong emphasis on heritage, creativity, and experiential learning, ensuring every pupil receives holistic support.
We are seeking a dedicated Secondary PE Teacher who combines effective behaviour management with creativity and a nurturing approach. The successful candidate will be committed to going above and beyond to meet the needs of the school and embed themselves within the community. You will work collaboratively with a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, uphold high expectations, and foster a lifelong love of learning in all pupils.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework.
- Plan and assess effectively to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with additional learning requirements.
- Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, review, and innovate the curriculum.
- Uphold high standards and expectations for all pupils, encouraging engagement and achievement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A specialism in a sport or Physical Education.
- Proven excellence in classroom and behaviour management.
- Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales and its expectations.
- Strong understanding of planning and assessment processes.
- Ability to confidently teach across a range of subjects or disciplines is advantageous.
