Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether employed on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

• A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and encourage active engagement in the classroom
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups on a daily basis

• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
