Job Description:

Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools based within Ebbw Vale and its surrounding areas.

Education Supply Pool are after a Primary Teacher who have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education who are a qualified Primary Teacher.

This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply.

• · A minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £173.00 per day on approval to the new framework),
• · A team with over twenty years' experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,
• · A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching,

• · Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.

The successful Candidate must:

· Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

· Have experience of teaching within the UK,

· Be able to set high standards,

· Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,

· Plan innovative and creative lessons,

· Have the appropriate Education and Training,

· Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,

· Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,

· Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,

· Be adaptable and reliable,

· Be a flexible and confident individual.
