Primary School Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Foundation Phase Support in Ebbw Vale

Salary: £92.58 per day (DOE)

Our client, a leading specialist provider of educational support, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Ebbw Vale. • Provide effective classroom support within the foundation phase
• Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
• Support the social and emotional development of young pupils
• Assist with behaviour management and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Help implement tailored learning plans and adapt resources as needed
• Support individual pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they thrive academically and socially

• Prior experience working with primary-aged children is preferred
• Strong understanding of the foundation phase curriculum
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one

• Full-time, long-term position
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
