Management Accountant; FTC

We are supporting a fast growing fmcg/ manufacturing business on its search for a Management Accountant (6 month FTC) to play a key role in driving operational and financial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, providing insight, challenge and support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will act as a true finance partner to site leadership, using data and insight to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Analysis of site financial performance to support operational decisions
• Monitoring and reporting daily and weekly KPIs
• Accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end processes
• Preparation of monthly performance reports and forecasts
• Supporting cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives
• Management of accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Leading site forecasting and annual budgeting
• Tracking capital spend, benefits realisation and post-investment appraisals
• Supporting annual R&D tax credit submissions

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
• Confident partnering with operations and senior stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
