Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is recruiting a Night Team Leader for Llwyn Teg in Wales to oversee residential and nursing care during the night shift. You will lead a small on-site team, ensure safe medication administration, and uphold person-centred care standards.
The role is 36 hours per week, with shifts 19:30–07:30, and salary at £15.70 per hour. You should have NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and experience with older adults.
