Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role involves shift work with weekends on a rota and comprehensive training provided to develop skills in Positive Behaviour Support.
You will contribute to personal care, medication administration and daily activities, while keeping accurate written records and following care plans.
