8.30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday; 8.30am – 4pm Friday. This role allows an out‑of‑hours flexible approach.

• Leading and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the client base and improve candidate sourcing.
• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.

• Maintaining forecasting and internal database updates.
• Participating in management meetings and reporting regularly.
• Identifying what to manage and when to escal­ate.
• Handling compliance and general administrative duties.
