General Manager

We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Brynmawr. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

The Willow Tree is a thriving community pub at the heart of Brynmawr, ideally positioned within a busy retail park and adjacent to a large residential estate. A true local favourite, the pub benefits from strong regular trade and a welcoming atmosphere, generating impressive weekly sales of around £19,000, with a healthy 60/40 wet-led split. Its loyal customer base and established reputation provide an excellent platform for a General Manager looking to build on existing success while creating new opportunities to grow the business.

The pub operates from a single-bar trading area and offers popular community-focused entertainment including a pool table and darts board, making it a hub for local teams, social groups and regular guests. Outside, a dedicated children's play area helps attract families and broadens the pub's appeal throughout the week.
