Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer seeking Secondary School Teachers to work with several comprehensive schools in Ebbw Vale. The role requires enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse skill set to develop and nurture young minds.

We offer permanent, long‑term, and day‑to‑day positions. Whether you need short‑term cover or a long‑term placement, we have roles to suit your availability.

These positions are available throughout the school year, and we flex to your schedule.

• Minimum pay rate of £173.00 per day (subject to new framework approval)
• Variety of daily, short‑term, and long‑term placements
• Experienced account managers with a background in teaching
• £125 recommend‑a‑friend scheme (T&C apply)
• Pay directly through PAYE, not an umbrella company

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
• Experience teaching within the UK
• Ability to set high standards and maintain discipline
• Ability to handle challenging behaviour
• Skill to plan innovative and creative lessons
• Capacity to liaise with other staff members to deliver the curriculum

We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government’s National Teacher Framework, offering day‑to‑day and long‑term positions. All candidates will undergo a vetting process that includes two satisfactory relevant references and an enhanced DBS check. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
