• Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual ALN needs
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where pupils feel safe, supported and inspired
• Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff and specialist practitioners
• Embed sensory strategies, communication techniques and therapeutic approaches into your teaching
• Help pupils develop independence, confidence and essential life skills
• Monitor progress and adapt learning to ensure every pupil can succeed
• Build strong relationships with families, colleagues and learners
• Contribute to the school s continued success and development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Registration with the EWC (or eligibility to register)
• An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience with in SEN education, or a genuine passion for building a career within the ALN/SEN sector
• Experience working within a Hearing-Impaired service, or a strong willingness to learn
• Makaton skills (desirable) not essential
• The ability to travel to the school and between sites when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
