Yolk Recruitment is actively working with a world‑leading specialist manufacturer near Ebbw Vale. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with significant investment planned for 2026 and they’re now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.

ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be part of a well‑established engineering team, working day‑and‑night rotation across a 4‑day working week, supporting a fast‑paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery.
Tasks will include:
- Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault‑finding and repairs.
- Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long‑term fixes through root cause analysis.
- Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent.
- A time‑served, apprentice‑trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.
