We Elevate... Your Responsibilities- Active involvement in application management: maintaining and developing the existing application portfolio, handling new application requests, and managing the end-to-end process for all software renewals
- Advising and supporting CRD users, and independently managing escalations
- Coordinating with various stakeholders (CRD, SIS, and others) and supporting the oper-ations team in day-to-day business
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, instructions, checklists, and knowledge base articles (CTO-IT)
- Analysing license usage to optimise the CTO application portfolio, as well as contributing to projects and requirements analysis
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Computer Science or Business IT
- Some prior work experience is an advantage — you work independently, take owner-ship, and are a reliable team player
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple tasks
- Proficient in German and English (spoken and written)
