Product Manager – Oncology | Singapore

An exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Singapore, driving impactful oncology strategies in a highly innovative and patient-focused environment.

We are looking for a high-potential Product Manager with a passion for specialty care and a strong commercial mindset. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (but with a couple of years pharmaceutical experience) who is ready to step up and make a real impact.

• Lead and execute brand and marketing strategies within the oncology portfolio
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical, Sales, and Market Access
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals across Singapore
• Translate market insights into actionable, high-impact campaigns
• Support product launches and drive growth in a competitive specialty landscape

• Experience in oncology pharmaceuticals OR a standout “high-flyer” from a specialty care background
• 2–5 years of product/brand marketing / commercial experience within pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape is essential
• Commercially driven, analytical, and confident engaging with stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ambition to grow
