Brocacef Healthcare Logistics in Ede zoekt een medewerker klantenservice om als eerste contactpunt voor nationale en internationale klanten te fungeren. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afhandelen van klantvragen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail, en zal bijdragen aan een goede klantrelatie.
Ideale kandidaten hebben minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en zijn gewend om te multitasken. De functie biedt een salaris conform CAO Brocacef tussen de €3.193 en €4.241 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
