Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een klantservicemedewerker die Nederlands en Duits spreekt voor een afwisselende functie in Veenendaal. Je behandelt vragen telefonisch, per email en via chat en werkt 24–40 uur per week op locatie.
Je bouwt productkennis op en volgt trainingen, werkt samen met het magazijn, retouren en inkoop en draagt bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid. Start dagelijks met NL/Duits klantvragen en geef advies over ventilatie en luchtbehandeling.
