DHL Express zoekt een Backline Advisor in Arnhem die deels op kantoor en deels thuis werkt. Je beheert internationale zendingdossiers, communiceert met klanten in NL en EN en onderzoekt verzendingen bij vertragingen of vermiste pakketten.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in customer service en operations, volgt KPI’s en zorgt voor tijdige en accurate dossiers. Start met training op korte termijn en werk in een internationale backoffice omgeving.
