Eleos zoekt een Sociaal werker ggz (oproepkracht) voor Juventum in Gelderland. Je begeleidt 16 jongeren (16–23 jaar) met complexe psychische/psychosociale problemen en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in groepsverband in een 24-uurs setting.
Je werkt volgens de Triple C-methodiek, met oog voor structuur, regie en samenwerking met collega’s en het netwerk. Oproepcontract, parttime, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
