Customer Fulfillment Employee

Within the operations of Chore‑time Ede, the Customer Fulfillment Employee is essential to optimally execute the core activities of the organization. The role includes the entire administrative process from purchasing to delivery and all related tasks, serving as the hub of all commercial back‑office activities.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves handling all administrative tasks associated with the entire purchase order process: generating purchase orders, following up, monitoring processes, securing billing, coordinating with customers, and supporting internal departments.

Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes

Check submitted requests.
Process entered purchasing orders.
Consult with other departments about delivery time, prices and transport.
Process purchase orders from Chore‑Time Ede as sales and production orders in the system of Spirado.
Maintain the relationship with existing suppliers.
Communicate with the customer for spare part orders.
Make necessary purchasing orders for small and spare part orders.
Request offers from suppliers.
Discuss the request with the calculator/sales.
Follow up on quotations/offers.
Track purchasing orders.
Monitor the purchasing process.
Process orders administratively in ERP system.
Check cost price/purchase price on previously executed orders.
Participate in the team meeting.
Ensure that purchasing orders are delivered to the supplier on time.
Monitor the procurement process with the supplier.
Identify deviations, risks and present them to the supervisor.

Position Requirements

Education required:

MBO level 4, AD or HBO with additional courses and 5‑10 years of experience in a similar position. Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus.

Awareness of all processes within a production/sales environment, ability to work accurately and meticulously, independently plan tasks based on priorities, proactive attitude, implementation of solutions, management of supplier relationships, encouraging continuous improvement, ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage various priorities and deadlines.

Technology

Skills:

Experience with Exact Globe ERP is a plus; intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and basic reporting knowledge are preferred.

Language

Skills:

Excellent communication in Dutch and English;
German preferred.

Ability to respond to messages and communications on an ongoing basis.
Ability to communicate with others via phone, in‑person, and computer on‑going.
Ability to listen to customers, problem‑solve and respond accordingly on‑going.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, twist, push, pull and carry items frequently.
Lifting up to 30 lbs. sporadically.

Environmental Conditions & Travel

Primarily a normal office environment with moderate noise.
Must wear personal protective equipment when visiting client locations.
Must be able to handle inclement weather conditions when traveling and be exposed to machinery, moving parts, or fumes.
Travel:
Minimal.
