Invoicing Specialist

Responsibilities- Respond promptly to invoice inquiries and customer statement requests.
- Utilize Coupa and SAP invoicing software effectively.
- Assist with resolving unpaid customer accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate resolution of customer disputes with internal departments and customer contacts.
- Analyze account history and resolve issues across various internal teams.
- Contact customers to resolve disputes and expedite payments for new orders on hold.
- Participate in credit approval processes as needed.
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email, including processing credit card payments and updating customer master records.
- Identify and escalate accounts requiring demand letters or third-party collection agency handling.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Collections, or Billing.
- Ability to handle high volume workload and meet weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using portals and invoicing software like Coupa or SAP is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
