As an Operations Coordinator with us, you must be able to:
- Working with high volume emails, text and phone calls.
- Confirming daily jobs details with technicians and customers.
- Scheduling and coordinating routes throughout the week.
- Daily reports and ongoing data entry to keep records up to date.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to work, days, nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Multitask accurately.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, judgement ad problem- solving abilities.
- Experienced with Microsoft outlook, and Excel.
