** Operations Support Specialist

** The Operations Support Specialist performs a variety of tasks, such as handling incoming insurance documents. They exhibit flexibility by assisting in various functions that may entail changing responsibilities.  
** How You Will Contribute:*
* * Perform process physical client insurance documents.
* Handle documents according to client and company guidelines.
* Operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of the following office machines as needed:
Opex Mail Extractor and Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner.
* Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy.
* Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information.
** Skills & Experience to be Successful:*
* * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) plus at least one-month related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ability to speak, read and understand English.  
** Preferred:*
* * Ability to type and use a 10 key as well as general knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Team player.

** Pay Range**$15.00 - $15.50 Hourly
