Administrative Assistant

Performs administrative and staff support duties for the organization.

• Answers calls and welcomes front door visitors. Signs visitors in on the appropriate visitors log and gives each visitor a badge.
• If a vendor, such as Cintas or repair person, escorts visitor at all times while in the facility.
• Organizes group lunches and team activities/events.
• Maintains office supply inventory, orders office and breakroom supplies, places orders with Uline, Staples, etc.
• Help with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, etc.
• Help with inventory & KPI reporting.
• Assist in shipping area and warehouse as needed. Other duties as assigned.

• HS diploma or GED. College coursework or degree in supply chain or operations highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, or operations experience Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• ERP systems experience highly preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and matching friendly demeanor.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of basic inventory and manufacturing principles.
• Capable of balancing office administration with hands-on operational support Conditions:
  Must be able to walk, stand or sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 LBS without assistance, reach, grab, crouch.
• Frequent computer usage and hand/finger manipulation in an office environment.
