Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience in quality reporting in HEDIS / Stars
• Experience working in a Business Analyst role
• Product development or product management experience
• Technical experience including experience with data exchanges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous United Health Group work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prefer experience with Agile methodology
• Prefer experience with health care compliance;
  Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial Exchanges
• Previous experience working with an operations team
• Previous experience serving as a leader of a project or team
