We are seeking a Warehouse and Sample Operations Coordinator
to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly organized Warehouse and Sample Operations Coordinator to oversee sample management as well as our on‑site inventory warehouse. This role is responsible for receiving inbound samples, fulfilling outgoing sample requests, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing sample related purchasing and logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and ensures that sample flow and warehouse organization supports internal teams and client needs efficiently.

• Receive and organize all inbound samples
• Prepare and ship outbound samples to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders; gather samples for internal sample requests and projects
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, R&D, and operations teams to fulfill sample needs
• Maintain clear communication regarding sample availability and expected arrival or ship dates

• Maintain accurate sample inventory, including organizing, counting, and updating database with incoming and outgoing product
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and proactively identify replenishment needs
• Ensure samples are stored in our on‑site warehouse in a safe and organized manner

• Create and send purchase orders for new samples or sample replenishments
• Track purchase orders from submission through delivery—updating stakeholders on timelines or issues
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to resolve delivery delays, inaccuracies, or shipment issues

• 1+ years experience in operations, warehouse management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with laser focus on accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to take initiative and carry out responsibilities with little supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience with Oracle Net Suite a plus
• Strong communication skills, working with both internal teams and external vendors
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs above head
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
