Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Leader to drive CRM governance, sales process optimization, and data‑driven insights across multiple business units. This role partners with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional teams to harmonize processes, improve pipeline health, and ensure forecast accuracy—all while enabling agility in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain sales processes aligned to Challenger methodology and multi‑stage CRM workflows.
  • Own CRM architecture and governance, ensuring data integrity and standardization across business units.
  • Drive automation, integrations, and tools that enable seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to improve pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Lead CRM support and education programs to enhance adoption and optimize utilization.
  • Manage CRM‑related projects, prioritizing enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Sugar

    CRM preferred) and governance.
  • Proven ability to design and enforce sales processes aligned to Challenger methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and pipeline modeling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
