, we are starting outpatient services to include anyone 18+ who needs substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring mental health support. - Looking ahead,
Primary Mental Health services will be added in 2026 to meet growing needs.

Foundations Minnesota is seeking a Director of Business Development and Marketing
. The Director of Business Development, as an essential member of the senior management staff, is responsible for directing the development and continuous refinement of the facility’s business development plan. Consulting with the Executive Director and other senior management staff, the incumbent designs, develops, implements and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems for the Business Development Department and the facility.

QualificationsJob Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a health care business development management position with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, and with direct experience developing managed care agreements (especially with capitation and at-risk areas.) In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- Additional Requirements:
Knows and understands Minnesota Statutes Chapters 245G, 260E (Child Maltreatment), and 245A, 626.557 and 626.5572 (Vulnerable Adults). Thorough knowledge of CARF, state and federal regulatory requirements.
