Overview
The Product Manager will work with our executive team, key stakeholders, and vendor partners to drive the ongoing development and success of the Home Services' Unified Technology Platform. Our technology platform is comprised of multiple solutions, some vendor-led and others developed in-house, and this role will need to collaborate across these different areas to ensure a consistent user experience.
Responsibilities- Serves as the Business Owner for assigned components of the Home Services Technology Platform, with specific focus on the overall vision for how these components drive success for the organization.
- Develops, maintains, and ensures execution of the product roadmap for the assigned product vertical. Creates product requirements documentation, writes user stories, and prioritizes the product backlog.
- Interacts with business leaders across HSoA and our companies to solicit feedback, understand strategic opportunities for solution growth, and work with our vendor partners to plan, execute, and measure the success of platform enhancements.
- Interacts with key vendor partners/stakeholders to help prioritize roadmap, product enhancements and address any product concerns, assisting with escalations as needed. Provides vendor partner information to business leaders across HSoA and our companies as needed.
- Develops, measures, and analyzes product performance and adoption; identifies and executes on improvement opportunities. Plans and drives the execution of roadmap enhancements to improve user engagement.
- Focuses on leading practices in the real estate industry and related fields to understand market positioning and competition, and works with executives and vendor partners to develop strategies to establish and maintain a competitive edge for our companies.
- Works in partnership with other key Home Services technology work streams to create a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Collaborates with designers to deliver solutions that meet user needs and expectations.
- Maintains and communicates project timelines and progress to executives, key stakeholders, companies, and internal team members to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: At least 7 years' experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst; strong background in driving successful products in the real estate industry; exceptional focus on user-centered design methods and user experience design; unique balance of disciplined analytical thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on; real estate domain experience preferred

Wage: $106,000 - $144,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
