Piper Companies is currently looking for a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Coordinator based in the Hennepin County, MN area to work a full-time, permanent,
fully onsite role. This Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Coordinator will join aPharmaceutical Manufacturing Company driven by a commitment to providing innovative therapeutic solutions for patients.
Responsibilities for Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Coordinator:
- Oversee equipment management systems and maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and vendor service activities to support operational objectives.
- Ensure equipment data, certificates, and documentation remain current, compliant, and audit ready.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and drive timely completion of activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
Qualifications for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Coordinator:
- Experience managing equipment-related operations throughout the asset lifecycle, including maintenance planning, vendor oversight, documentation, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated industry environment.
- 4-6+ years of experience required, dependent upon education level.
- Strong analytical and systems skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Compensation for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Coordinator:
- Salary: $65,000-$85,000 based on professional experience
- Comprehensive Benefits:
