Overview
The Membership Concierge - M-F Closing Shifts position at Life Time Inc. is a frontline hospitality role that serves as the first point of contact for members and guests at Life Time Athletic Resorts. It offers presence and prominence within our healthy‑way‑of‑life community, allowing you to help members live healthier, happier lives.
Position SummaryAs a Membership Concierge, you will maintain accounts, deliver services, provide programming insight, and engage members and guests. You will grow your skills through self‑directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset, building relationships and regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
- Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions, including program, service, and product payments.
- Serve as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions.
- Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Passion to serve others.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
This is an hourly position. Wages start at $15.50 and go up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
