Comfort Keepers of Anoka is looking for a reliable On-Call Care Coordinator to support our clients and caregivers during evenings and weekends — all from home.

$17.50/hour for actual work performed
$50/month cell phone stipend

Answer after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers
Help resolve scheduling and care-related issues
Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage
Support field caregivers and elevate urgent concerns when needed
Document calls and updates in our scheduling system
Provide professional, compassionate customer service
Scheduling or customer service experience required
Home care or healthcare experience preferred
Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills
Comfortable learning scheduling/care management software
Dependable, calm, and able to handle after-hours situations
Team-oriented and professional
Must pass a background study
