WE’RE HIRING
:
Clinical Systems Coordinator & Chairside Partner (aka Dental Assistant)
About Us:
Eden Lakes Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice in Eden Prairie, MN focused on personalized, high-quality care. We combine advanced technology with comprehensive dentistry, including Invisalign, same-day crowns, 3D printing, laser dentistry, airway and sleep solutions, cosmetic dentistry, and more.
We’re a small, collaborative group of self-starters who enjoy learning, taking ownership, and finding better ways to do things. We’re excited to grow the practice together while making a meaningful, positive impact on our patients’ lives.
This isn't a traditional dental assistant role. We're a small, modern practice looking for someone who gets excited about technology, enjoys figuring things out independently, and wants to take ownership of advanced clinical workflows. You'll work hands-on with digital dentistry, AI-enabled tools, scanning, photography, and modern treatment workflows while helping us continually improve how we deliver care.
Because we’re a smaller office, this role also requires someone who will be cross-trained to assist with front desk responsibilities to drive the patient experience, answer phone calls, and fill the schedule when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong chairside assisting skills and patient communication
- Independence with delegated clinical duties
- Proficiency with digital/computer charting in a paperless environment
- Cross-trained in administrative responsibilities or willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-forward practice
- Organizational skills for management of inventory and ordering supplies
Additional Clinical & Technology Responsibilities
- Intraoral scanning with iTero
- Invisalign attachment placement
- Digital photography workflow
- Assist with digital design and fabrication of same-day crowns
- Operate and manage in-office 3D printing workflows
- Opportunity to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, with training and certification sponsored by the practice
Why Join Us?
- Supportive, growth-focused team environment (Everyone is always willing to help)
- Competitive pay with benefit options (Medical, Simple IRA) & bonus potential (Let’s talk)
- Continuing education and professional development opportunities (Learning is a lifelong skill)
- Modern technology and systems (iTero, Sprint Ray, Fast Mill, Over Jet, etc.)
- Opportunity for long-term growth within the practice (Help us help you)
- A chance to make a real impact by helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles (We promise, it’s the best feeling.)
- We have long weekends every weekend (Fridays off!)
- Quarterly team events (We actually like each other)
- Office hours:
Monday: 10 AM - 6:30 PM & Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
If you’re a dental assistant who loves learning, embraces technology, and takes pride in owning your role, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a self-starter who wants to expand their skills, take on advanced responsibilities, and grow alongside a modern practice that’s passionate about making a positive impact.
